Pocket Sized Technical Notes

I have made a little pocket sized data sheet containing useful data such as torque settings, parts numbers and specifications. Thought this would be useful to print and keep in your tool roll or whatever. I tried to add as much info as possible, but still keep it legible and easy to read. Let me know if I have missed anything.

Feel free to print and distribute as required. They are A6 sized and therefore quite convenient when folded. Or you could laminate them if you wanted. There is one in A6, but if you cant print that, the other is designed for a double sided A4 print. I tested these with the printer at work and they are ideally sized and easy to read.

The list of Fuses would be useful because as far as I can tell there is nothing on the bike to tell you which is which!? I blew the DC accessory socket (which has a ridiculous 3amp fuse) and had to pull the fuses one by one to find it.

Fuse blew after plugging in and turning on a small airbed pump, I've now swapped it out for a 15amp fuse.

I lightbulb just went on! I'm going to make some stickers to stick onto of the fuse box covers.

Yeah, I had a headlamp bulb blow during the week, which took out the fuse. Ended up consulting the owners book to find which one. That is when I thought a compact list of the important bits might be handy.

IMPORTANT:

I have just been advised on a typo relating to the torque setting for the rear speed sensor. (it was out by a factor of 1o)

I have edited the document and uploaded a corrected version. Apologies to those who have already downloaded, but I dont want to see anyone break something.

iClint, the stock power port is only designed to power a phone or GPS, which is why there is a 3amp fuse in the circuit. By putting a 15amp fuse in the circuit, you are more likely going to melt the small gauge wire now, creating a possible fire hazard. Definitely consider adding a circuit with appropriate wire gauge for the task.
