oil type for S10s

Bob's site has way too many words and pictures of scientific stuff. Can I just keep using Rotella T6? It's worked fine in my last several bikes. ::021::

Ok lads and lasses,Do people stick to there favourite brand of oil or do you stick in the cheapest,I used to use Motol on all my other bikes but now I'm thinking just stick in a basic motorcycle oil.
What do people think bike doesn't need a change but might do one,had a little bumble out today bit windy but thought oil change ready to go.

I've used Rotella-T oils in every bike I've owned dating back over 25 years, including a 110k mile CB700SC, a 90k mile CBR1100XX, a 70k mile CBR1000F, and 7 different road racing bikes that never saw 100 feet at a time below 80% of red line. I have a pretty big pile of Blackstone Labs oil analysis (mostly from racing, but maybe 12 or 15 from street bikes) and all of them tell me that bike motors love the stuff... no reason to go bargain hunting when it's only $20/gal of whatever.
