Hi Guys,

Sorry there's no XT1200Z info or pictures here, but I thought I would create a bit of a thread with some photo's that we have taken over the last few months of riding - and a few other things. I hope you will enjoy!

This ride was from the San Jose area to Coalinga and back. A simple 350 miles for my V-Strom. We had about 30 bikes that day. That's me with my fingers in my mouth - under the 55 sign.

A couple of days later we were dirt riding at a ranch in Livermore. Here, the wife had a spill on the track and we discuss it.

The 10 year old kids have no trouble out jumping me, but I feel like I'm way up there!

I caught up to her on the trail. Here, she thinks she's in trouble but it's just a matter of perspective...

Just outside of Lucia. I don't think I need to explain much here. The ground under me turned to pea gravel and the bike just sunk. I got a little wet that day.

On the pacific ocean on our dual sports. It's just 3500 ft down to the ocean.

We had a street ride starting at the Corbin factory in Hollister. You can grab something to eat in the cafe while they make your seat. Here, the last couple of riders leave the parking lot.

I ran into these guys picking up beer cans and bottles at a local riding area so we got the camera out and took their photo. Thanks guys! See, we're not all bad guys.

I took the wife fishing at Lake Chabot.

We didn't catch anything but she did make a couple of friends.

We started this street ride from the lookout on the north end of the Golden Gate Bridge. I got there early to snap a few photo's.

If I would have known that a flock of turkey's was going to fly across the road in front of me I would have brought a better camera. This is a pretty rare thing around here. This is just outside of Livermore on Mines Rd.

This street ride had a lunch stop in Santa Cruz. Our little group that day.

Here, the wife leads some riders down a hill at Hollister Hills SVRA. Photo's never show the steepness of the land. This sucker will make you pay attention.

I didn't know she was making a fancy dinner that night!

I changed out the noisy clutch basket on a guys V-Strom last week. A simple fix makes the ugly noise go away.

I did the valves since I was waiting a bit.

We took another street ride to Coalinga last week. Here, we are stopped just outside of the Pinnacles National Monument.

I'll stop there for now. What have you been doing lately?

Great pictures!!! The guy in the last picture in the red stich reminds me of what mine looked like MANY years ago. Presently, it doesn't look anything like my avatar - more pink than red............

Thanks, guys! I thought I would post something since most of you are not able to ride much due to one thing or another. Sometimes it's just good to look at some photo's. Around here lately it has been the rain. There is so much water that the dirt is mud and who really likes to do long street rides in the rain.

That guy in the red 'stich recently replaced it because his old one was pink. That's a major problem with them if you ride a lot in sunlight.
