Thank you for your help. Unfortunately both are unavailable at this moment. Same here in the Netherlands. Hoping for a set someone took off their bike. I’ll start scrolling eBay also.

Yeah, it's like these distributors post these things but are actually getting them from MamaYama, which you already know doesn't have them to ship. Pretty frustrating, like so many other accessory items no longer produced for our bikes. It's like they're considered extinct, but actually still quite active.

As many people that don't like the OE bags, there has to be more than a few people that want to sell.

I went from the OE to a set of Jesses I picked up locally, and sold the OEs and the brackets to a guy from over near Houston. It may sound strange to some, but I've found myself wishing I had kept the old factory bags as I don't do the long-distance trips I thought I might. The limited space I have for parking in my garage requires both Jesses be removed each time I park the bike and the OE are much simpler to mount/dismount; I could even leave the right side OE bag mounted. Hindsight is always so good.

My biggest issue with the OEs is the latch. I knew immediately that I would have to be careful. My favorite thing about them is when you take them off, you can't even hardly tell where they attach to. But yeah, with the boxes mounted, she has a Kardashian sized booty.

Exactly!

Don't you dare comparing the beautiful behind of my beloved S10 with that monster ;)

And yeah the OE locks/latches are flimsy unfortunately.

Stefan, I have what is in your picture, I do not have the full fitting kit.

The full fitting kit includes spacers, footrest braces and the required nuts, bolts and washers. I do not have these.

Yeah I roughly know what the kit is. Could you send me a picture of what you have got? Than I can see if I can make it work.

Thanks, Stefan

There are also some diagrams and installation instructions on page 9 of the "Luggage - Bags, Cases and Panniers" discussion under the heading "OEM Side Case mounting kit install?"

There is also this, also from page 9, about an install issue. The OP likely doesn't still have these parts from July 2020, but you never know:

Yes they are perfect. My local Yamaha dealer was also willing to provide me pictures. But I think I am going to take my own off and have a good look/measure what I need (to fabricate). The bike involved is a customer bike. He wants to go back to OE. Thanks for all the tips!
