Hello Poltergeist and welcome.
There are lots of Super Teneres here in the PNW. We get together and ride at least once a month but there are so many now that there are many folks to ride with and places to go. The Tenere is a great bike but its all the more fun having friends to ride with.

I read a lot of the threads on this forum before I bought my 2013 Super Tenere. By the time I had my bike, I knew exactly how I wanted to configure it. There are some great deals on new Teneres, especially left over 2013s and those prices drop sometime when Yamaha offers rebates.
This is a great do-everything well bike but the #1 reason I bought it over other similar bikes was reliability. It just keeps on going with no fuss or bother.

::004:: to the forum from Oklahoma.... We are a pretty biased bunch of riders and most love what they are riding. I will tell you I have owned two of them and it is the best motorcycle I have every owned.
