Howdy! Name is Philip. I purchased a used Super Tenere (advertised here by Old Blue). Located in Portland, Texas. Commute into Corpus Christi everyday. I've been lurking the forum for awhile and decided to join.

Thanks for the welcomes! I am new to the coastal area of Texas. Formerly of Bryan/College Station and Fort Worth. Having to adjust to a lack of curvy roads nearby, so I bought the Tenere to explore other roads I normally wouldn't try. ::012::

Welcome! I bought the racks and panniers off your bike working on a project for mine. Said project is indefinitely stalled due to the disappearance of the guy who was to make my panniers (nothing on the news, just website down and no email replies). I will be in Arkansas, possibly with the Tenere. Unfortunately it will be the weekend after the rally. I already had a trip planned to meet some friends from Iowa and get some trout fishing in and maybe fit some riding in.

I will look at getting panniers sometime next year once more funds are available.
