Hi all, I just went to the newly opened Motorcyclepedia museum in Newburg, NY today. It was awesome and worth the $11. admission fee. They have no modern bikes but lots of old ones. Indian's from their first ever bike produced, HD, and so many others. They have a Japanese section, chopper area, movie bikes, etc. It was also the site for the start of the 2012 Cannonball rally. In fact Cannonball Baker's bike is there on display. The exhibit area is spread out over two floors. They are only open Fri to Sun. See link below.

Very cool! Will definately check it out if in the area. There is another motorcycle museum in Leeds, AL (just outside Birmingham) at the Barber Motorsports track. I used to live near there and popped in once in a while. They do all their restoration work on site and you can see bikes in various stages of being brought back to life. It's pretty impressive.

it is and that bike in your avatar is most likely there since they have a police bikes section as well.
