I dont think most people on here even know what it is so i dont see any problems. 9 Ball is popular here because its easy to understand and play. Where as 14-1 Continuous is not as you should call the Ball you intend to pot and the pocket you are going to put it in so luck does not come in to it. Over here Snooker is big but compared to Pool its quite boring. Its very repetitious shot wise ie your playing stun, stun run through and short screw shots most of the time as you are break building. In Pool you are using the rails to get position using check and running side ( English ) using throw when 2 balls are touching to cheat the line, doubles are a normal shot and cocked hat doubles using 2 rails. Compared to Snooker you need a much bigger knowledge of the shots. You also get transmitted side ( English ) which you use alot. Plus the cloth has no Nap as its Synthetic so the tables are fast.
