Madhatter, sad to know you're leaving the S10 life but extremely happy that doing so helps you to live your best life! Wishing you and yours all the best in the post retirement chapter sir!after many months of soul searching I have decided some one else should enjoy this motorcycle . I'm about to retire and the wife and me will be doing some traveling , by plane ,train and automobile starting in the fall . so the bike will not get any use , and I hardly ride it now ..... if and when it sells I hope to still be active here as a non riding former owner member . im finding this a bit difficult , I've been a bike nut since 12 years of age , but time marches on . for me it seems the right time . since I joined this forum it has become a huge part of my life and routine . so many of you are familiar to me as neighbors down the block ,though most I have not met in person . I have made friends here , I have butted heads a few times with some , then I have made friends again . this is great place to be .
I have had the pleasure of riding this well farkled steed. Madhatter's trust and generosity was appreciated. His S10 goes great! The cases and their size, helped to lower the center of gravity very well. Made it feel even more agile than it already is as stock. A practical bonus is the color. I love the Yamaha racing blue accents but more than that, I love the tank color. The tank color is a natural UV ray fighter. Definitely appreciated in hotter climates! Outside of that practical feature, it's an S10 colorway not often seen (in my travels). That's cool and a little unique in my book. Someone will be getting a well appointed and well cared for Super Tenere. GLWS Madhatter!
