Looking for comm units with earbuds/earphones

I'm still using my old Sena SMH-10 comm units that I got sometime around 2013, and I'm thinking of upgrading. I've tried speakers over the years at various times, and I just don't like them; I prefer to use earphones. The SMH-10 allows easy substitution of the speakers for earphones, but as I research the newer models from the various brands, that doesn't seem to be a feature any more.

Is anyone here aware of a newer comm unit that can do this?

My Cardo Packtalk allows connection to standard ear plugs the supplier helmet speakers just plug into a standard 3.5mm jack.

Yep, straightforward standard plugin with the Packtalk.
I just clamp the Cardo jack against the edge of the helmet under the standard Cardo plastic bracket. Pic attached for the thousand word explanation.
I use the same earphones for other applications and disconnecting this configuration is easier than if it was all stuffed up under the padding.
The available array of earphones and changeable foam tips is seemingly endless. It took me a while to settle on a particular brand.
Properly selected the resulting wind noise reduction is close to foam earplugs alone but with the added benefit of audio.
I have no problem hearing nearby and surrounding traffic noises. I don't listen to music, just the intercom banter and gps.
My riding partner does not agree, he tried earphones, it is speakers and foam ear plugs for him, so the earphones are not for everyone.
I will say inserting the earphones then donning my helmet requires a particular sequence and some finesse and definitely takes longer than a helmet with speakers alone.

My Cardo freecom 4+ uses a standard headphone jack for the speakers.

If your going to use buds for the speakers these are great for getting a good seal. I got the s/m/l pack and picked the best ones. Ended up cutting them down to double to get the best seal for me.

Sound-wise I like earbuds but prefer speakers to be able to just put on the helmet and go.
