Lock barrels under seat on new bike

I'm assuming the plastic bag with the 3 lock barrels under the seat on my newish '21 are for the yammy luggage (2x side cases + topbox)? Can one of you learned gentlemen please advise.

They're keyed to your bike's ignition. If you're going to go with Yamaha luggage, they fit right in the holes; lock-tite the little screws or they'll fall out. If you sell/trade your bike, make sure they go with it.
