Are these any good. Look light weight and lightly made (in China) and could be a good summer glove. Are they worth the price or just bling.

I've tried them and really like them. The only reason I have not yet purchased them is that I still have two perfectly good pair of BMWs GS gloves. Once these are done I will be buying the Klim. I already have the Klim Powerxross and their Inversion glove and are quite impressed. I think you will find them to be a very good glove.

I picked up a pair of lightweight Klim gloves, no armor, just felty sorta material....they are the wind stopper material

They run a little small, I got 2XL and after 2 hours the interior stitching was really digging into my hands....duh, I was in the mindset of leather and was thinking they would break in a bit, but no dice

Make sure they are the right size ( duh no shit genius) before you buy them is all I can say...also think about where the interior stitching is, in particular around the webbing between your thumb and finger, with a good amount of time in the saddle that area was really wearing on me

I bought a pair as well. Their sizing on these gloves runs almost 2 sizes smaller than normal sizing. They also very tremendously! I tried on 5 pairs before one fit correct, with each one fitting differently. The only thing I haven't done is soak them in a sink of water to get them soaked, then wear them wet some evening watching TV to mold to my hand. I did this method with my old pair of Held Gloves and it worked wonderfully. After they dried, I treated them with leather stuff, then all was good.

The Adventure has been my general "go to" glove for about 2 years. Except for stupid cold (First Gear electrics) or stupid hot (Icon 29ers), the Adventures are on my paws every ride, every bike. Mine have been totally abused, muddied, bloodied, rained on, crashed in, and still look... Um, can we call the look "travelled"? :D The Pittards leather they use starts off soft and gets more so with use. Tactile feedback is very good, and they ventilate well too. Grip is great, even when wet, and they dry quickly. Padding is light, but it gets the job done. I've done 600 mile adventure day rides, 200 mile off road days, and 1100 street days, all without thinking once about the gloves. Overall, they feel much lighter when used. Kinda like a Tenere...

I will say the fit of the Adventures seems to be better than the Dakar and Mojave gloves (which I bet MurphCO is talking about), and much more comfortable. In our experience, the Dakar/Mojave's can have oddly long fingers, weird stitching in places, and goofy sizing. The Adventures cost about 2x as much and have much better quality, much more in line with the rest of the Klim stuff. I'd give them a resounding two thumbs up! ::008:: ::008::
