Hi,
I used the Aerostich 3m waterproof Velcro to mount the receiver to the inside liner. Worked great, been 3 years now. Just clean the area on the liner and the receiver with at least 90% IPA before applying the Velcro. Also used the Velcro to mount the transmitter to the side of my OEM heated grip controller.
Later,
Norm

I have the advanced release of the EXO2 Storm Chaser heated jacket liner. I'm very impressed so far. The liner is evenly heated and is PLENTY warm. It is very comfortable as well. Compared to my old EX02 Storm Rider vest, this jacket feels more supple and flexible while the fabric and stitching appear of equal quality. The "Fabroc" heated panels inside feel softer and more flexible than the ones in my vest. I'm using the new EXO2 inline controller for now, which is easy to operate with gloves on. I also opted for the Lion Batt, which powers the kidney panels when you are disconnected from the bike.
The jacket is made of a wind-stopping material that will make you uncomfortably warm if you wear it for any length of time, while the bike is stopped, in other than cooler temps. I use it as an extra layer (heat off) when the temps aren't quite cold enough for heat.

If you order from W&S, there are discount codes for ADVrider and ST-owners that get you 20% off of listed prices. That's $100 off of a $500 order!
...and that's what I get for ordering before stating what I was thinking of ordering. Still, I went through motorcycle-superstore.com, so the discount might be moot in that instance.

Either way, hope others will see this thread and note the applicable discount. :)

Thanks for the ideas and input gang! Very much appreciated.

Everything they make works really well.
Almost. Owning both, have to say that the fit and finish of Gerbing's G3 gloves are far superior to Warm and Safe's carbon touring gloves. The latter has good protection and the invaluable visor wipe, but the fit is not as tailored, the internal wires are much more noticeable and the inner lining can wear away resulting in a gluey residue contacting the fingers. Mike replaced my set that had that inner liner problem. He sent me the same size but the fingers are a half inch longer than the original pair. Last but not least, my friend was doing a mega IB ride in the rain last week and reported getting shocks from his W&S gloves... ???

I'm all WnS now...previously I used Tourmaster's Synergy gloves. They aren't waterproof in the seams, and I could never get them warm enough. I now have the Gen 3 liner, most current glove liners (you CANNOT feel the wires AT ALL in these) and the wireless controller. The wireless controller is what really sealed the deal for me, since its a single connection point to the bike and still dual zone operation. I mounted a RAM ball to the controller, in order to facilitate swapping it from bike to bike (another big selling point of wireless, only needed one controller).

Something worth noting on the Tourmaster Syn. 2 is that it's a somewhat bulky liner. Good heat, but if you don't have a looser fit on the jacket, it can be a pretty snug fit under your jacket. It keeps it tight to the body, which aids heating, but can also leave you with that Michelin Man feeling with reduced movement flexibility.
Not to reopen this thread, but after previously answering this comment by saying that the Synergy 2.0 liner works great under my Darien because the Darien is unlined, I today realized that sometimes during this time of the year I wear My Tourmaster Transition 2 jacket with the Synergy under it. The Transition 2, like most jackets, comes with a thermal liner. I never use the thermal liners with such jackets, as the Synergy makes a great liner in cooler weather, both with and without the heat. Anyway, good bang for the buck that works well for me.

Just ordered WnS WP liner using the ADVRider discount code.
What great customer service!

I have a 12 year old Gerbing that still works good, but definitely has hot spots.

Time to upgrade.
Based on the posts here and on ADVRider I slected WnS

My gear arrived during the week. Glove liners, jacket liner and dual controller. Might try it out tomorrow. Items fit well, so that's the big issue covered.
