A buddy of mine called me from the Yamaha shop and was looking at a Star something-or-other. I told him I had seen the bike too and I was 100% in favor of him getting a poster of it because it was a beautiful bike but if he wanted to actually ride something he should look at the S10. He appreciated my wisdom and shopped around and about a week later bought a demo with 200 miles on it on the cheap (in the $11's with no fees). Every single day after that I get a call or a text about how awesome it is, check out my Jesse bags, took my daughter to the Blue Ridge Parkway, ... I couldn't take it anymore so I went on a quest to see if I too could find a demo on the cheap. A couple of calls later I was up and running. I was planning on a Blue one but after reading that the black ones were faster I was fortunate enough to get a Raven with 169 miles on it. Did about 100 miles Friday and spent Saturday in North Georgia riding the fire roads. I missed the electronic suspension I had on my GS but that quickly faded and I was nothing but smiles. Now I have to figure out how to clock some miles today between church and watching the 5 and 0 Falcons.
