I'm down in FL visiting my folks right now but when I'm back home I'll post pictures of my highway pegs on the SW Motech crash bars. No complaints about the bars themselves but they are a bit beefier (I think 27mm instead of more common 25mm) than most, made it a challenge to find the Goldilocks size of pegs.

These are the ones I went with, they took a lot of loctite and effort to get on tight enough so that they don't shake themselves loose, but they work fine after a bit of trial/error.

I put the same adjustable drop highway pegs on my S10 and VStrom 650. The S10 has 1” Givi crash bars and the VStrom has the larger 1 1/8” SW Motech crash bars. The highway pegs have aluminum shims that allow fit from 22mm to 28mm/7/8” to 1 1/8”. They work great with my replacement new left knee and old creaky right knee. Both were located on EBay for about $80.00 a set.

those are the ones I have. I tried the eBay version of the TRex ones (no extension arm) and the geometry didn't work for my legs/bar mounting locations. The ones I linked and the ones pictured above have 2 mounting locations for the pegs (if you zoom in really closely you can see the 2nd hole slightly higher than where the pegs are mounted), and since the brackets that mount to the bars can be flipped 180 degrees and rotated at (I think) 30 degree intervals, you have a lot of configurable angles and lengths. I don't do any off-roading now so I mounted them pretty low, but not so much that they'd scrape before the regular pegs.

I like that. Do you know the model of crash bars?

I like that setup a lot. Would you happen to have the model number of those exact pegs? From what I can see those pegs look like they extend low enough with those bars. Thanks again and sorry to bother.

Better late than never. The photos are of my setup with the Amazon ones I linked above, which I think are identical to the eBay ones. Crash bars are SW Motech 27mm. I can still get the battery cover off with the bars installed (and the pegs attached) but haven’t tried to take the battery out and don’t want to with the bars on. I just added the cup holder so I can bring my giant thermos of coffee to work, and my leg just barely clears it when using the highway pegs. I’m 6’3”/31” inseam so the geometry should work for most users.

EDIT: Of note, the Amazon set I went with gets Prime rules, so if you don't like them you can return for a no-strings-attached refund. That's why I went with Amazon's slightly higher price vs eBay.

Am I missing something here, or is your lean angle about 20 degrees with those things mounted like that?
