Such a strange name Supertenere, no clue what kinda Yama it is
I saw a lot of people were having trouble changing their Supertenere's from Celsius to Fahrenheit, and in most locations Yamaha locks out people from changing this!!! BASTARDS! Here was the post: http://www.yamahasupertenere.com/index.php?topic=5458.msg126945#msg126945
I get a little upset at Yamaha sometimes, their bikes can be SO great but either due to emissions, sound restrictions, liability, etc. etc. they really restrict the ECU's!! I bought equipment to re-write Yamaha ECU's for 06+ R6 and 07+ R1, I call it "removing the training wheels"
. I do a lot of ECU's from France as well, where they (the government I guess) restrict the Yamaha R1 to only 106HP, instead of the factory 160! nutty.
I'm a Yamaha fan. I've owned an 08 R6, 09 R6S and just picked up an 07 R1
It's mostly my street bike, but I take it on the track a bit too! Hopefully I get on the track more this year
