Thanks for letting me into this wonderful forum
I found this forum yesterday when I was looking for solutions to connect two additional lights low on the crashbars. These new LED lamps have both DRL and high beam, and I have a some trouble understanding how the headlights work with only two H7 bulbs, not H4. I found som good ideas in this forum :)

By the way.. I live in the northwestern parts of Norway, close to the famous Atlantic Ocean Road and Trollstigen. I bought a used 2015 model three years ago after many years with FJR1300. Discovered a new world of motorbiking, and I am now constantly looking for gravel roads with this amazing motorcycle. I am now planning 10 days on Swedish dirt roads in July, a country that has extremely many miles of such roads.

A picture of my ride at the Atlantic Ocean Road:

Yes, there ar a lot of amazing roads in Norway, especially in the south, west and north with high mountains and fjords. If you travel fast aiming for Nordkapp (North Cape) you often miss the best roads. For motorcycling we try to find the old roads where new roads and tunnels have been build. Pleas tell me if you are coming here again, I will give you som good inside info ;)
Italy has also some fantastic roads, especially the mountain passes i north. It is tempting, but så many miles of paved roads trough Danmark and Germany before you get there.. I have been in Italy once, in the Eicma Exhibishion in 2017. We went by plane, but was not lucky with the weather. Rainy an foggy all 3 days, so we did not see much outsine Milano.
I met a Italian guy on his big trip two years ago here in Norway. We was camping at the same spot one evening, and had good time to talk a lot that evening an next morning. He told me about the Italian mountain passes and show me pictures. Nice nature an great wiew, but it seems wery crowdy. It have becomed like this in Norway too. Places like Geiranger, Trollstigen, Lofoten and Nordkapp etc. have to many visitors and tourists so it kills the joy of it :(

I live opposite side of Milano, a couple of hours from those mountains passes....
They are busy but ,if like me, you get there early they are worth the effort!
My brother in law has built a "summerhouse" in Veggli (?) , so my sister and her family comes regularly overthere and in the future I plan to ride Norway again!
Let me know if you ever intend to come here I will be more than happy to show you around.

Welcome Kjellen, from the UK.

I took my Super Tenere to Nordkapp last year. I will return to Norway at some point over the next few years. I absolutely loved being there……a truly stunning place.

Yes. This is the lake "Breidalsvatnet" a few km west of Grotli. I knew I had been there, it is about 3 hours from my home :)
Impressive trip 5500 km.. Very impressive. But you have a S10, that explains it :D
