Christoforos thesaloniki is about 1:30 hour from Larisa...is pretty nice city. ::012::

My sister and I were both born in Kavala. Eventually we were adopted by our American Parents and emigrated here to the USA. She and I have been talking about making a trip back this summer or next. I am hoping to get her over her fear of Motorcycles (really anything on 2 wheels) and try to make it into a bit of a motorcycle holiday. Not real likely but hopeful.

Appreciated the pictures.

Before emigrating my name was Stergios. Hope to get back and see your portion of Greece as well.

Rent a harley in Greece..hmmm..i think only in thesaloniki or from athens...anyway...we can go to thasos (is near kavala) island..is like heaven in summer...

I would love to go to thasos. I am given to understand that we have family from there (surname Pelitos). I have been trying to do a little research before I come back over. I am not a Harley guy. Nothing against them really, but something about the sound gives me a headache. I am somewhat Japanese branded I'm afraid.

My adopted parents (now passed away) told me my Grandfather who arranged our adoption was from thesalonikii.
