Hello everyone.
I am seriously considering ordering an S10. I need to purge a bike or two first though. ;) This forum has been a great help.
Thanks to all for you thoughts and experiences.

Hello m8 ... welcome aboard. You've got a few months to rid yourself of the unwanted machines. Then you can wait patiently til May

Hello. Welcome to the group. I am in the same boat with a Wee and KTM 950SM. Don't know which to sell though. I may keep both with the Tenere.

Jay,

Welcome! I currently have a ST1300, but that will be going as soon as I have a firm delivery date. I am keeping my FZ1 (Fazer) though. This list is a extremely valuable resource for chatting with the fortunate people who already have the S10 in their grubby little mitts! Not like I am jealous or anything like that! ;-)

Clem here from Pinellas County. I do my best to get out of town on the weekends. I placed my order 3 weeks ago. Till then I ride my DL 650. I really like the bike so the s10 has some boots to fill. Hope we can get a great community of riders in this forum.

happy trails....

I am currently an owner of a Suzuki Strom 650 and a 1000. Had these bikes for 6 years and have 20K plus on both machines. Decided it was time for an upgrade and after 12 months of research I've concluded the Yamaha Tenere' is the right machine for me. I've been to the BMW dealer at least 10 to 15 times, then the Ducati dealer to check out the Multistrada, but kept returning to the Tenere'. Placed my order last week for the "Raven".

Thanks for the welcome....

Ya, I thought about selling my Stroms, but both bike have run flawlessly for years without leaving me stranded in the desert. Think I'll hang on to them for a daily work commuter, while I take the S10 on the long hauls. I've been reviewing the Yamaha Panniers in their Adventure Package and from the photos they appear to be descent quality. The dealership offered me the Adventure Package for $1300, so I may be picking them up also. I've shopped around and it seems to be a competitive price for panniers, and this package include several other upgrades.
