Hello All, among the missing bits on this project bike are the headlights ( very painful on the wallet!! )
So, do we think these are 100% gonna fit my 2019
Also, looking at the wiring supplied - something missing there maybe for the side/position lights?

my other option is to offer up a set of used twin headlights from Yamaha range, on a home made bracket of some sort, there's loads of cheap sets on ebay, just to get her through the MOT

Looking at that link on ebay.... have you priced the headlight assembly from Yamaha? If I remember correctly the whole new assembly was about that price.

I'm waiting on a assembly to retrofit on mine, and it is on a slow boat from China somewhere.... I'm debating o just biting the bullet and buying new parts.

the light is fine but yes the wiring harness that comes with that light has been butchered as the wiring coming out of the middle of that light should have wires going either side with the grey plastic side light connects on that harness they have been cut off

i know a few over here have bought stuff for older bikes of them no issues there good, just be aware that there will be duties and taxes to pay on stuff over the £100-150 mark
and again you,d have to make sure you can make a europe headlight work pass a uk mot later on

aye it's crazy - given that i have no clocks or headlight - i'd rather get the clocks tbh
i do have a set of gen 1 clocks have also been thinking about some kind of adapter
but getting the right wire into the port and then how many "functions" would be missing

If its a 2019 with cruise control will the clocks have to match ?
