Head light fairing size change for protector guard?

Looking to purchase a metal grate headlight protector for a 2016 S-10, however then new one are almost 150.00. They have cheaper ones else where but they state the years from 2010 thru 2014. Question is was there and actual headlight fairing size change from 2014 to 2015 and later? Sure would like to save a 100.00 if they are the same. Thanks.

The one on my 2011 is on my 2016 and have no problem.

Same here, I re-installed the one from my 2012 onto my 2015 w/o issues. The trim piece behind the windscreen, above the headlight did change. Because of that piece, the Gen I side wind protections don't fit. My solution was to order the Gen I trim piece and re-use my side wind deflectors and Gen I windscreen, Gen I GPS mount, etc. I did not find the Gen II adjustable feature to be necessary for me.

The Chinese knock-offs don't have the quick release feature. Looks and mounts identical across the years, they just haven't up dated their ad.
