Got my Renazco Seat coming, getting ready for a set of riser for my bars.

Anyone had any difficulty adding a set? What did you add (how high) and why?

I want to dip mine back about a inch or so and go up the same, thought about getting a whole new different set of bars but I want to try this first.

Work great for me, though I'm still gonna' get some handlebars with less pullback/sweep.

Hope it helps!

I was wondering if cable/wire lengths were a issue.

Not for me with the Rox Risers I posted the picture of and link to above.

All stock cables and hoses, and no adjustment necessary nor any binding or tightness of any kind, lock to lock. Everything works great. ::008::

They were recommended to me by a couple of other Super Ténéré owners, and to my knowledge none of them had any issues with cables or hoses, either.

Just FYI...

I used the 20mm risers and had to reroute the brake hose from in front to behind the top triple clamp. It reaches, but just barely.

I used the HB risers and they gave me a really annoying case of carpel tunnel on my 4K mile ride last summer. Switched them out for the Rox up and back and carpel tunnel went away. What bothered me may not bother someone else. All tweaks affect different people different ways.

I'm using the 2" ROX, mostly up, a little back. Mainly so I could stand on the pegs without leaning over the windshield. The handguards have a little give to them, you can slip the controls inboard a small amount to lighten the tension on the hoses. That previous post for having to reroute a hose, I don't know what's wrong there, 20mm and a reroute, 50mm here and no troubles.

Yeah, I was suprised too when the line was too short to work with such a little riser. I'm wondering if I got a wrong part from the factory for the front brake line.

I am more concerned about the throttle cables. On the stand at full right lock the cables are tight, if I go up and back I am sure they will be tighter.

I've got the Rox 1 up, 1 back risers on mine just like Dallara has, and the front brake hose is tight, but not tight enough to worry about it being pulled apart. I slid some "wiring loom" material over it just for piece of mind. I did "stretch" the hand guard and master cylinder inboard as far as I was comfortable with though...

The throttle cables were a little tight at full right lock. I bent the little hoop type guide thingie to the right and I'm plenty comfortable with that.

The clutch hose had no issues.

I do think there are some variables in the factory hose lengths, sooooo, you may actually be OK. I believe I've read that there are some guys running the 2" pivoting Rox risers on the stock hoses.

I'm 5'10" with a 30" inseam and I'm quite comfortable with the bars. I do have an Airhawk on it, so it may approximate your new seat. I'm somewhat local to you so, if you want to check it out, we could meet somewhere... PM me if you want to...
