Hello Sir, I planned on making a purchase in the next month or so after selling my blackbird but you really got me thinking we should talk.

Psst, fly and ride... it's just about perfect for a Iron Butt Association Saddle Sore 1000, (SS1K), ride. The bike is well set up too. Sweet price with those farkles. If you get busy, the weather will be excellent for the ride too. O:) You might even be able to score some gumbo, alligator or a stop at Cafe Du Monde for chicory and beignets. <helping>

I do LOVE a black Tenere. Rode mine to Alaska and back to east Texas this summer, averaged right at 500 miles per day. Thinking about it makes me smile.
Good luck with the sale.

Do you happen to remember which Jesse bags you have on there?

Satdishes. If I were within a few hundred miles I would buy this bike today. Hard for me to make a purchase from this far away. And life is to busy right now for me to do a Fly and Ride.. Wish I could though. I want an S10 with Jesses...

Well, you mentioned U-Ship in an earlier post. You could always do that? That's how I bought mine, sight unseen. It's not rocket science, we're a bunch of old farts that farkle our bikes for the Big Adventure, but end up putzing around the neighborhood and babying them. It's not like you're buying a GSXR from an 18 year old. LOL

Really wanted a White Tenere. Ended up finding one in Los Angeles where I work so it all worked out. This is a smoking good deal though with the Jesse luggage and all..

Re: 2012 Tenere for sale-----BEWARE---used ones only worth scrap prices apparently

Had you taken my original $10k offer this would have been in my garage already and I wouldn't have bought the bike I currently have. I can tell you it's hands down a better deal with all the Farkles that you have on the bike compared to what I actually ended up buying. But I am loving my White Tenere. Wish you luck on the sale. Can't believe you still have it... Try posting it on Craigslist in SoCal. Offer it as a fly and ride.. Just something to consider.

It makes me concerned to buy even a new bike. I already sold wr. Dealer will sell me 14es they have for 12500 out the door. Just wanted the basic, but it sold already. You have a very nice bike, loaded out. Just enjoy it. Hope the market comes back. Bikes have had a hard time since the economy went down. If you don't need to sell, just enjoy it.

Hard to believe that justbob just sold his for apparently $8700 and with all the extras mine has it's not worth another $1200.

If someone wants to give me $8700 for mine I will strip it.
It was the color, that's what sold it. ::025::

I may have missed it, but where all do you have it listed for sale? All things considered, this is a pretty small target audience for an ADV rider, or someone looking to enter the arena, to shop.

You've got great pictures, a good description, so it all comes down to how many people are clicking on your listing.
