Adds about 1" to the seat height. I used it to help figure how much to have BMS raise mine.

How does it attach?

You can set it on the seat by itself and rely on the friction caused by the bottom of the pad or attach the Velcro belt to the seat and attach the pad to it.

This thing is still available. It was great to help me determine the best seat height for my long legs.
