Beautiful Wife made some toasted coconut & milk chocolate chip banana bread today.

Leftovers for dinner tonight. We had some potatoes, onions and carrots left from a slow cook pork loin cook, so added some maple smoked bacon, a little cheese and worst, then a beaten egg to fluff it out. Served with a slice of home made sourdough garlic bread.

I was kinda thinking the same thing. But I won't say that I wouldn't do it. Pretty sure that I've had a beer with a steak dinner where a salad was served first. So . . . .
