Fixed my vibrating front brake issue

I can attest that this works. I had a low speed surging when coming to a stop. It wasn't bad enough to cause me concern, but seeing this post, I spent some time cleaning mine up. I did not have to use any lock washers, just tightened bolts with flat washers. I did use WD40, and spun them forward and backward with a drill. The surging is gone. Thanks for the tip!
