Finally did it! (new owner from Las Vegas)

Have been a member for over a year and have learned a lot. Thanks to everybody for solidifying my decision. Today is the start of an awesome fly, buy, ride. Flew out to Oakland from Vegas and now get to spend the next three days driving it home....oh darn. Will try and post some pics of the California coastline......with the Tenere of course.

Hey Juiceman 34. The wife and I are heading to Las Vegas ( Wynn Hotel) for a few days this month. I was wondering which Bike Shops would be the best for checking out accesories in your opinion. I ride the big S10 too. Thanks ::001::

Red Cat, hope you enjoy your trip! The Wynn is a very nice place. One of the best shops in town is MTC (Motorcycle Tire Center http://www.mtclv.com ) They do tires and anything else. Have decent amount of accesories on hand too. We have a similar forum for the desert down here at www.my2wheels.com (they give good discounts to my2wheels members, just sign up before you come down in case you need anything). If it's just Yamaha accesories, there are 3 'Ridenow Powersports' in town and 'Yamaha of Las Vegas'. Haven't heard anything bad about any of them.

Congrats on the Tenere purchase. Make sure you share some of your rides on this site. I love hearing about new places to ride. I too live in Vegas. My favorite ride in this area so far is Mormon Well Rd. Welcome and enjoy.

Good on you Juiceman! Fly and rides are always fun. Looks like you were off to a good start, how did the rest of the trip go?

The wife and I get down to Vegas fairly often, or go thru on the way to somewhere else. Just spent the weekend doing the Discover Kern County Rally in Bakersfield, which was a total blast.

Congrats on your new to you bike and welcome to the forum, (even though you've been lurking). Check out the Moto Tag game. It could use a few more people playing.
