For anyone who has been following this tread, here's an update.
I did a throttle body synch and changed the plugs a couple days ago. The synch was a little out on the throttle bodies, but it wasn't excessive. I took it for a hundred mile test ride this morning, and it appears that the weird vibration is gone. The beast feels like its normal self. I don't know if the plugs or the synch were the issue, but either way, all seems well again.
