Who would have thought we would have this kind of weather in December? Lets go down through Sedalia to 105 to Monument & try MT Herman Rd (gravel). If we can go over the hill to Woodland Park (lunch) & then back thru Deckers. If we can't, then we will go down thru The Garden of the Gods thru Manitou Springs (lunch) up to Woodland Park & back thru Deckers & Sedalia. Lets meet at the Conoco at the SW corner of C470 & Santa Fe (Hwy 85) at 9:30

Did you guys get out yesterday. I got a lot of things done and feel good about checking off all these items from my list but still miss getting out for a ride.

I'm digging into info on more heated gear, I can't believe I'm going to try winter riding!

We had a great ride. Mt Herman Rd was closed on the Monument side, so we went down thru the Garden of the Gods & jumped on Rampart Range Rd. We then took the rd over to Woodland Park. We had lunch at the Hungry Bear. Nice little place. We then headed up to Deckers & Sedalia then home. The temps were in the low 50's most of the morning. Once we got to Deckers & beyond it warmed up about 10 degs more (the sun came out).

It is amazing how out of sync/practice I am. I guess that comes from working from home too much & not riding more :( I did pass a 990 KTM rider going up the road from the river to Twin Spruce. So I must have been getting back into the groove at the end of the day ::001::
