Will that be coming available in the U.S. soon?
Explorer is expected to be in the showroom in the April/May time frame. The 1200cc Trophy ST should be in the showroom in Sept/Oct.
My hat is off to the Triumph folks, and that tripple is soooooooo nice! ::008::

Spotted a blue Super10 in the parking lot at International Speedway Saturday night…touratech guards and factory cases. Who wuz it?

Also, fyi if you head over, Twisted Throttle’s vendor tent is on the east side of the Speedway parking lot on Int’l Speedway blvd if you want to stop in and see our sponsor.

It was a very soggy weekend.

Thanks for the info on T T, I'll look them up.
At the IMS two weeks ago many vendors were offering good deals, I'm hoping for the same at Daytona.

Sorry to hear the weather was not cooperative there. No rain here in the Saratota area....... and we need it!

Regards, Paul

If you are in Daytona and have a little spare time come up to St. Augustine ( about 50miles). The city allows free parking around the town square. Great walking city that rivals many European cities, very quaint and beautiful.

I took a ride over to the IMS in Daytona yesterday, don't waste your time. The speedway looked plenty packed though, can't wait till Saturday when I go back and see some racing. Hopefully see Erik Buell Racing do well. ::26::

I just saw in MotorcycleUSA from last Friday that Motus finally got around to announcing their pricing and production plans while over at Daytona. $30,975 for the MST Sport; $36,975 for the MST-R Sport Tourer. I'm not sure I expected much lower for a first year production. Hope they come down though and, more important, hope the company does well. These are super looking bikes if you ever get a chance to see them live.

I really, really hope they do well, but Holy Hell that's pricey! ??? Better be packing something seriously special to charge that premium for a sport-touring (or any) motorcycle for that matter. I mean, comfort like a Goldwing, while ripping past an MV Agusta in the curves. Hot damn that's a lot of money... ::024::

I was at Daytona the first three days of bike week. Road about 10 bikes. Favorites were the Yamaha Super Ten and the Kawasaki Ninja 1000. Least favorites were the Victory Judge and HD Fat Bob. But even my least favorites were a hoot to ride. Especialy the HD exhibit since they basically gave you the keys and turned you lose on road using honor system "wow". All others had structure rides. Triumph gets a big thumbs down for not having demo rides this year.

Yep I was wet Friday the 9th and Saturday the 10th. I had a 40 mile ride each way on my DR650 from the place we stayed west of town. I only lost one vendor ride due to cancellation and that was Suzuki on Saturday. Sunday was a free for all since there were not too many people partaking in rides, especially at the HD display. Monday was congested and the rowdy "drunk" crowd started showing up at some of the venues. Thats the day we should have departed but we ened up leaving Tuesday morning.
