Converting to sport adventurer 2012 Yamaha Super Tenere

Hello everyone i am converting from a 2007 Harley Davidson FLHT to a 2012 Yamaha Super Tenere
Been a Harley rider for 25 years and I saw the Tenere that my nephew bought and felt I needed to change my riding style this is an awesome motorcycle should be getting mine in a week

Welcome! The Super Ténéré may be subtly different from your FLHT, but I think you'll like it!

Just my opinion, but I think it would be really difficult to convert your Harley to a Super Tenere. Wouldn't it be much easier just to buy one? Welcome to the forum!

welcome aboard!!! remember, you will be able to rev this one higher than just 5-6000 rpm like on the harley. From my little time have ridden heritages and fatboy's, the Tenere will be wonderful. Enjoy!!!!

Thanks everyone for the comments . I do still have a softail stuck back in the shop that I am building from the ground up but the Tenere is going to be the main ride
