caribu panniers

So I,ve been looking at some saddle bags, panniers if you will, and I think I,d like to go with ones made by caribou.I see that they make a few different sizes for the side and top.I only would like to put side ones on the bike for now and my question is does anyone have any feed back on them?I saw on their web site that they have a 35 litre storm set and I guess a 35 litre regular set??? Looks too me they aren't cheap,around$825-850 but if their good quality then I would go ahead and buy them. Also if anyone has any other ideas on the subject of panniers like those I,d like to hear from you as well.

Thanks

I have the 40L Caribou's and aside from the cheasy lid lanyards, I'm very pleased with product and service. There are better options for a top box than Caribou but it is all about what you need or want to do. And my 40L bags/mounts were $600.00 from Caribou.

I made my own setup based around the 1550 cases that you are calling "regular". I LOVE them.

Roger is a great guy, you cannot go wrong buying a Pelican based system from him.
