Round and round we go. Couldn't resist the pull of the Tenere, so here we go again. Worked out a deal last week at Lee's Inc in Harrodsburg, KY. Mark, at Lee's Inc, has been great to work with. Bar none, the best experience I've had purchasing a vehicle of any kind and I will definitely be back for future purchases. I gave him a list of farkles, which he offered to install for free, with the exception of heated grips for a paltry fee. I expected "radio silence" for a week until all the stuff showed up but he's been sending me tracking updates from the three different vendors I've been ordering parts from. Now he's sending me photos and installing parts as they arrive. AWESOME!!! A couple of pics of the Oxford Grips and SW Motech GPS mount. ::003::

You're right Fred and I'm ready for the obligatory "I told ya so comments." Go on I can take it. ;D Yep, traded the KTM on the Tenere. I got close to 9000mi on it since April 1 and I'm ready to move on. Great bike but not the one I originally wanted. Good to be back here.

Last update from my dealer. He installed the remainder of my accessories last night and took some shots this morning. He rolled her out between showers and photographed her, giving her that "moody" look. Saturday can't come too soon. ::001::

Yeah, I saw your's, which helped me seal the deal!

You will not be able to use Genuine Yamaha wind deflectors with the SW MOtech gps mount. Voice of experience speaking.

Which is a bummer since the dealer is tossing them in for free. He says he thinks he can make it work but he want's to consult with me when I pick up the bike first. I think it might involve drilling larger holes in the GPS bracket. We'll see....

Think about the Icebreaker ride March 24-25 too. Still loving mine!
