Received my Big Agnes Wyoming SL2 sample tent yesterday and set it up. Everything looks fine except the color coded webbing was sewn in the wrong location. Once I figured that out the tent went together easily. Guess that is why it was 40 % off at $299.95 I think it is just what I have been looking for. Have used a Bibler Ahwahnee for over 10 years but was wanting a large vestibule for storage, changing and sitting in if it was raining. Looked hard at the Redverz Tenere tent but did not like the fact it was not free standing and it was over 10 lbs.

The vestibule on the Wyoming is large and 60" tall, tent is about the same footprint as my Bilbler. With the footprint/ground tarp it can also be set up as a fast fly.

Checked the Big Agnes website this morning and they still have it listed so they might have additional tents available at the $299.95 price. https://www.bigagnes.com/Products/Detail/Tent/wyomingtrailsl2Sample

that's really cool. Looks a bit small for two people, though. Perfect single man motorcycling tent, i bet.

The wife and I both tried out the tent last night. It is ok for a couple, wouldn't want anybody else with me. Shouldn't be a big deal since the tent will only be needed for sleeping. Biggest downfall I can see for couple camping is a single door, one of us will be climbing over the other person in the middle of the night to pee. :-[

We usually don't camp when traveling on a bike, the wife prefers a motel. We usually pack a tent for when we can't find a motel.
