I am not an owner yet, but in the market. A deer totaled my ST1300, and I want to migrate to a dual sport platform. I have a friend in Franklin NH and one in Londonderry NH (member Longhaulpaul) who both ride the Super Tenere and highly recommend it.
Well, if you're looking . . . . forum member @aqcon has a '17 ES for sale with 66,000 miles and a few farkels for $6k in Rhode Island. And since you know Long Haul Paul, you know the mileage isn't much of a concern. I don't have a dog in the hunt, but that's a pretty good price.

As mentioned by S1, I’m selling mine. Not sure what condition you’re shopping for, but mine is in great shape considering the miles. I’m only trying to sell here on the forums; this way I can help out this awesome community by keeping it ‘in the family’.

You are welcome. But if he's looking . . . . and you're selling, there's no sense not getting you guys talking. Besides, depending on where exactly y'all are located, you're just a couple of hours apart.

Update: I met Aqcon in RI last week for a test ride, and picked up the 2017 last Saturday. Looking forward to adding a few farkles and getting some fall riding in as my ribs continue to heal. Then some bigger rides next spring.

Congrats! If you’re ever riding around southwest NH send a message and enjoy the new bike.

Saw a matte gray super tenere on rt 30 at the intersection of rt73 in VT yesterday. Looked like they were heading toward Brandon VT. Rider had a passenger. First time I’ve seen one on the road all year.

That is so strange. I have a matte grey Super Tenere and I was riding in that same area Tuesday around mid day, but the Lady had work so no passenger. I was disappointed to see that Rt 17 was under construction, was riding with my buddy who had near bald tires on his FJR. He didn't want to risk a puncture with the gravel.

I didn’t make it up as far as 17. Started heading back south in Middlebury. Took rt 7s to 103. Was a gorgeous day to be out riding.

New owner here from Littleton, NH area. Been riding a 2023 Kawasaki KLR650, doing the NEBDR and class 4/6 roads in the Twin state area and just picked up a 2015 ST last night. Put 100 miles on her today. Very happy with this platform. Test drove a 2024 at Americade rally back in the spring and loved it. Going to get in as many miles as possible before the snow flies then finish the NEBDR in spring and then MABDR sections.

I’m really not a fan of reds on a bike or car but I couldn’t pass up this bike with the heated seat, grips, panniers with internal bags, aftermarket skid and center stand. Bike was lowered too. Previous owner put some money into it. It was a real score.
