I posted this in the other "Headlight Problem" post but not sure if there was a lot of visibility on it so I wanted to post it in it's own thread.

I just had this problem with my 2014 S10 with 25k miles. I added Denali Aux lights about 4 months ago and the headlight was working fine. The bike sat for a couple of monhts and last week when I was going to go ride I pulled it out and ran it and noticed my headlight was not working. I Swapped the light bulbs for Cyclops H7 I believe a couple of years ago when one of my bulbs went out.

I'm grabbing the + and - from the battery to power my fuse block and the 12V "remote" (at key on) from the stock aux light pig tail on the bike. On the fuse block I have connected my GPS and heated gear plug and I added the Denali lights then. I checked the power to the headlight and there is no voltage getting to to them.
There are a few good checks on this forum to look at the connector on the bundle coming from the lights. I unplugged my Denali lights and still no headlights. When I switch from low to high beam, I can hear the click of a relay and the "blue" high beam on the dash lights up.

I'm going to rewire the power to my Denali lights and power the fuse block from the pigtail. I ordered the Aux Light connector from Eastern Beaver yesterday. I hope this will solve my issue.

If anyone has any other suggestions or pointers please post up.
Today I did more troubleshooting and disconnected everything I had on my Fuzeblock and still nothing. Wiggled some wires, checked the connections and only the "parking bulbs" are working. I took some pictures to let you guys see what I have going on .

Yup engine needs to be running in order for the headlights to light up, and they won’t turn off if you use the sidestand to turn the bike off, you need to turn the key to off otherwise the headlights will stay on.

All, thanks for the replies. Yes, I have tested with the engine running.
Anyone know which one is the relay I could check?

You can check the output of the ECU.(22)..to see if the ECU is sending the signal to the light relay...as the lights come on when the engine starts, I couldn't tell you if the relay signal is (-), sent by the ecu or a signal sent by the voltage regulator
A forum user uploaded the pinout of the ecu….

Well, I removed the headlight assembly this weekend to make it easier to test and it looks like the H7 bulbs (cyclops) are bad. I'm getting voltage to the bulbs. I connected the bulbs directly to 12V source and nothing. I contacted Cyclops to see if they could tell me if they know a reason of why both bulbs went out at the same time.
I may just end up putting the stock bulbs back on

Similar to my experience with the Cyclops LEDs.

I talked to Cyclops and I will be sending the bulbs back to them to see if they can tell me what happened.
I bought some LEDs from Amazon that I saw on another thread. Everything is working well.
