Was doing some off road riding steep loose and rocks, lots of wheel spin had TCS -off looked down and the ABS light was on kept going to get to a stopping point. shut off bike took pictures. Started bike to go back down and Truned off TCS ABS light worked normal came on at start up then went off when i started moving. Did more off roading the next day had no problems. Any body had this happen to them.

Yes I know the ABS is on all the time but I have never had the TCS light on and the ABS light at the same time when riding. Per the manual when the ABS light is on the system is shut down.

Have you done a basic check for any loose or damaged wiring? ABS light comes on when ridden over 20kph (12-13mph) with lots of slippage or zero traction and in 2nd gear or over, the same as when on centerstand and letting the wheel spin up, the sensors say the front is not spinning but the rear is, this normally cancels out when you re-start and ride.

As Roge wrote, they are separate systems.
TC you intentionally had off, so not much to discuss there.
In dirt you could easily apply the brakes and get a wheel sliding, which will turn off the ABS. Functionally it would be the same as putting the bike on the center stand and holding the front brake while the back wheel turns. Shutting the bike (and ABS) off, restarting, and rolling a few feet will reset the ABS.

When I read about the center stand test in the manual, I wondered if that was what happened. Here in Colorado rocks, steep and loose is the norm. If anybody comes to Colorado to ride hit me up will be glad to ride anything from mild to wild.

Thanks for all the help.
