I also had a 2007 1250 Bandit and as someone else said it was a very sweet motor. Probably the best motor I ever had for real world riding, the torque is unbelievable for an inline 4 cylinder.
Looks like yours is priced to sell. I sold mine about a year and a half ago for $5500 with similar color matched Givi luggage.

My plan is to get down to one bike, which would be the s-10 that I just bought.

I sold my FJR and had my DR650 for sale. A guy from advrider, really, really wanted my DR and I ended up getting this in trade. It was a good deal for me even though I now have to deal with selling another bike. I might be selling it a little too cheap, but I really don't have the space for it and could use the money for s-10 related gear. If it doesn't sell in the near future though I may just pull my ads and try again in April with a higher price.
