on my 2010 there seals at the top of the coils however water did ingress , probably sucked in when the engine cools. I used dielectric grease. Made life easier later when replacing the plugs and solved some impromptu arcing.

Hi Stu, no I went for the lighter MT09 Tracer. I much sterner ride. If I start doing more miles I'll be back on the shaft drive.

Narrowing the seat helps a lot, without losing the overall height/comfort.

Sorry for the delay on this one ! To remove the seal I had to remove the coupling so the nut had to be removed. The seal was pretty well jammed in and needed collapsing to remove.

This rack has been on my ST 2011 for 4 years. All fittings are present, but the brackets that remain on the bike could do with freshening up. Givi monokey mounts attached but these can be replaced with other kits. Its in the UK, South Yorkshire. £80 +post/package. Be nice for a local pickup.
