    Suspension Lowering

I read a lot of post regarding the low seat for the S10 and found most to be mostly negative. Some say with even less padding there is a comfort problem on longer rides. Perhaps the strength training idea would help.. just getting tired of picking the beast up. Thanks for the input.

    Suspension Lowering

I have an S10 ES with a 30" inseam. Consequently I have a problem off road with finding mother earth on uneven surfaces. Has anyone lowered the bike 1-2" without any safety issues to accommodate smaller riders. Seat is in low position during off road riding. Presently about one-half of my...

Denali Auxiliary Light Mounting Bracket (Twisted Throttle) ?

I've had the Denali Lights for about a year. The mounts from Twisted Throttle worked great. At first, the only thing I had a problem with was the alignment. But once I zero'd in on the position, they were excellent. I have the option to operate with the switch or I can go through the high...

Anyone mounted a Zumo 395 on a Gen II Bar without vibration issues and how?

My trip last year out West started out with a GARMIN Montana 610 vibration issue.. It was mounted on the crossbar, S10. After they replaced the unit, I decided to re-enforce the gromets on the mounting cradle and that did the trick. Hope that helps. ::022::

    IF YOU HAD A CHOICE

For those of you that feel the Yamaha Super Tenere' is too heavy, bulky, top heavy. Would a consideration for replacement be a BMW F800 GS Adventure option on the downsize? Thoughts... I hear a lot of feedback from some of my riding friends out of state.

    Boots

Thoughts on Adventure Boots? My Sidi boots are in the phase of being used up. Probable have about 6-8 months of use left, they've been good. Actually transitioned them from my street bike days. So, thinking about and planning my next purchase. One of the things about the Sidi boot was how...

    Recovery

Ok, I know what your going to say. Don't go riding off road alone, but sometimes you have to do what you got to do. Or I should say want to do. So, does anyone have an opinion on winch vs. mechanical leverage ie: 5:1 rope and pulley for recovery. What is the consensus of the group? I went...

Denali Auxiliary Light Mounting Bracket (Twisted Throttle) ?

Hey, if these are the 4" ones, they are really awesome. I plan to mount them on my bike. Has anyone heard about mounting them on the forks instead of the bike's body for better direction control?

    Instrument Cluster Partial Panel

nope, mostly all the same data each time, reducing the readout to basic info instead of the entire screen. Usually the data which is left is at the bottom of the screen. This was my first post, thought I'd give it a kick and see what kind of response I'd get. If I come up empty, I plan on...

    Instrument Cluster Partial Panel

I'm relatively a new rider on my XT1200Z ES, AND WAS WONDERING WHY THE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER WILL GO PARTIAL PANEL SOMETIMES ON THE RIGHT SIDE ONLY. THIS HAS OCCURRED TWO OR THREE TIMES IN THE LAST 4000 MILES. I HAVE, BUT NOT BEEN ABLE TO FIND OUT, ANYTHING IN THE MANUAL. IN PAST EXPERIENCES ON...
