    Honda X-adv 750 DCT

I hadn't heard of it till a few weeks back. Test rode 2 different X-advs in that time since. Like you say, pretty cool. Certainly different which floats me. The price yes, a bit on the tall side, but some better value new and used deals are out there, one being over 20% off the RRP for a brand...

    Honda X-adv 750 DCT

That was my idea, slow down but keep the comfort and of course forget the clutch. To be honest I personally don't find the KTM a looker and probably too mental still plus it hasn't he 21 litres of built in space to put me beer in lol. That and the price, currently the KTM stands at about £11k...

    Honda X-adv 750 DCT

I agree mate about its looks/styling being a bit odd but personally that's a plus point for me. In the flesh it's well designed and is certainly a bike that draws attention in a biker crowd for various reasons. As I said above I never gave much thought to DCT but now after riding DCT on 2 test...

    Honda X-adv 750 DCT

I'm not typically swayed by all the fancy electronics and gimmicks but does seem Hondas sold an other lot of DCT equipped bikes and failures are also it seems very very rare by ratio. I was more concerned if that's the word/feeling about it having keyless ignition. You could go and on on I guess...

    Honda X-adv 750 DCT

Yes these 2 test rides were my first on a DCT equipped bike. I as you think it's great. Was nice to just concentrate on watching the road ahead and take in the scenery and not be inconvenienced by having to use my left hand and foot Lol.

    Honda X-adv 750 DCT

Thanks. You learn something everyday. Never new such a thing existed. Might be useful to research more should my clutch hand issue gets worse or long term but to be fair I'm hoping I'm going to be repaired lol. Thinking the X-adv DCT or not would be alot of fun to own. Just not sure it's a an...

    Honda X-adv 750 DCT

Anyone one here got or toyed with buying one of these either as a S10 replacement or to add to their stable? I have to be honest, even instead of my brilliant S10 that I've had 6 years. I've got clutch hand issues that the X-adv would sort but 'think' I can't bring myself to let go of the S10...

    Rear wheel spash mud guard.

Hey Kevs thanks for that pal and Happy New Year too. Looks neat to me on your pics and good to hear it seems to be reasonably well made, I'll give mine a lick of Acf-50 when I receive mine Friday. I'll also take note about the flex you mention. How did you notice that, it wasn't bad enough to...

So with this you get no crap sprayed under the seat area? Any pics mounted to you bike by any chance?

    Rear wheel spash mud guard.

Haha I somehow think that won't be an issue for me here in England. Maybe a Badger scraper.

    Rear wheel spash mud guard.

Great an owner and with a pic too. What's the build quality like pal? Is the steel arm holding out ok?.. Paint? Rust? You wouldn't happen to have a side pic of the mounted guard but from further back so I could see how it looks on the S10?

    Rear wheel spash mud guard.

All good info guys. I'll start, I'll deffo not be adding a beak lol. I live in the UK so whilst I can live with a dirty bike it's the Winter salt used as mentioned that's mixed into the slimey grimey road spray that's flung up and under the seat area that I thought/hoped it might help with. Not...

    Rear wheel spash mud guard.

Anyone fitted one of these guards to their S10? The kind of guards GS's have behind there rear wheel. Seen one listed on EBay but not come across another brand or even seen a photo elsewhere on the net of one fitted to the S10. My mate on his Beemer says his works well so thought it might be...
