Does anyone know if it is possible to raise the headlight beam up a bit? Had my first night ride and felt like I could only see about 10 feet in front of me without the main beams on

I just find with the foam earplugs, when they're warm, they don't expand like they're supposed to and I'm always finding they don't plug my ears properly every time so I find them a bit of a faff

I'm starting to wonder if my helmet is just a little too tight, pressing on the earplugs too much and that's what's causing the discomfort. I was told when I bought it that it should make my face look like a chipmunk and it definitely does

The custom ones I have fit okay, they're just a hard silicone which feels uncomfortable when my helmet is on. Maybe I should see if I can get softer ones made

Yes I can get the foam ones to fit with a bit of trying. I just think they are a faff to get right and take more time than I'd like

I've used these and they're great for stopping the harsh sounds, but they hurt me after about half an hour. Maybe the stems are too long for under a helmet

Can anyone recommend a comfy and effective set of earplugs? I find the foam ones are the most comfortable for long rides, but I can never get them quite right and they take a while to put in. I spent about 150 quid a while back for some custom moulded ones and they hurt me no end...complete...

Thanks for the quick replies! I'm probably looking too much into it, apart from it not looking quite right from the back, which does annoy me a bit, I could probably just load the right pannier slightly heavier if it was noticeable
