Good to know. I'll put it back down and give it a try. When I bought the bike it was in the high position. I ordered the bike and put the first mile on it so the garage monkey must have put it in the high position out off the crate.

There shouldn't be because there is a scoop in the front that feeds into the radiator and the crash bar and bag are not up against the grate that and won't block suction from the fan.

Happy Trail makes a bag and there around $130. I have a friend that has them on his bike they look good and function well. I don't think he has been in the rain with them yet so I don't know about them being water proof. They look great though and have plenty of room.
