It turns out there are 2 spare fuses. What a pleasant surprise that was! Love you Yamaha! Took the spare 3Amp and replaced the blown one. The auxiliary DC jack works now. @AVGeek, Thanks. I will look up how to implement your suggested solutions. I never messed with the electronics before.

I purchased one of these : JACO SmartPro Digital Tire Inflator Pump - Premium 12V Portable Air Compressor - 100 PSI. I hooked it up to the power outlet, but it doesn't want to run. However, it runs fine when I hook it up to my car. Is there any way to use this with the tenere? Thanks

What a pita. It is installed. If anybody finds this post, starting with the pegs made my job easier. The second hole was the confusing thing on my part .

What are people thinking of this unit? How do you mount it to a 1st gen Tenere?

I was able to update the firmware. However, the sena software keeps insisting on not finding this unit. Funny thing is that I was able to get decent recording a few times after the update. It is not consistent for some reason. I will try factory reset next.
