TracTive Remote Preload Shock FS - SOLD

Yep. Mine was a 2012, so we were in the first generation. I would think even a second gen without ES would fit. If I'm wrong, would somebody please chime in.

TracTive Remote Preload Shock FS - SOLD

Almost like new Tractive shock off of my 2012 ST with only 4k miles on it. I'm moving on from the Tenere and didn't want this to just go to the dealer. The previous owner bought it from the Beemer Shop and only put about 2K miles on it. I've only put another 2k miles on myself. It has been set...

    The wave.

I have noticed the HD guys have eased up over the years and even waved to me quite a bit when I had my FJR and I would think sportbikes are the mortal enemies of cruisers. I don't care, I've had every kind of bike out there but have noticed that HD guys have withheld the wave much more since I...

    Clutch Basket Swap

Are there companies that modify the stock basket like they do for the V-Stroms or do you need to buy a 2014-up basket?

Can somebody on here talk me through brake fluid change thanks

I have always used a Vacuum pump like shown above. You do need to take the bleeders out and wrap a little bit of teflon tape as mentioned above. It's nice to have a helper put their finger over the bleeder hole in the caliper while you are getting the tape on and keep the lid on the reservoir as...

The Super Tenere and and Heat

I saw a lot of that yesterday and it was pretty hot here. Not only is free tattoo removal, it will dehydrate you in a heartbeat with all that skin in the wind.

    Stumped on which to purchase

Even though there aren't that many miles on the 2015, all the rubber and plastic parts on the '22 are 7 years newer. Seals, gaskets, fuel and brake hoses etc.

    Hello from Tennessee!

My boss just got done building his house in Lewisburg. He's been a GS rider since the early 2000's. He had never even heard of the Tenere when I told him about mine. IF we can get him to retire, you might cross paths someday.

    Baseball cap helmet

Just write DOT in silver Sharpie on the back. I'm sure that will be fine. The upper bend of the bill looks like it's great aerodynamically.

The Super Tenere and and Heat

Where is the temp sensor for the Air temp guage on the dash?

The Super Tenere and and Heat

Same for us. Usually, the missus and I ride for about an hour, get some food, and head back. That's why I got rid of the FJR. Not much touring done on that sport-tourer.

The Super Tenere and and Heat

So I got my S10 just in time for the monsoon season in Tennessee. We have been pretty lucky over June, it's been a little warm but dry. The heat and humidity have been creeping up lately though. I took a few rides over an extended weekend in higher temps than I normally would and I have to say...

    Hey from Upper Nashville TN

Yeah, Charlotte is in one of my favorite areas around here. You can get in the sticks pretty quick west of Nashville.
