Seemingly my 2014 S10 ZE is suffering from a slipping clutch. Bike has done 18.5k miles. Noticed last week on the way back (in the rain) from Dorset when the clutch felt like it was slipping around 3-4k revs and in 3rd and 4th gear. No issues setting off in 1st or 2nd gear and no issues...

Don’t find it an issue, I’ve owned something like 16 bikes over 30 years and the key for me with any bike/vehicle its a question of useable power. The S10 is not lacking particularly in sports mode. Never had an issue overtaking even fully loaded.

Renewal price of £261 TPF&T, but bike is kept in a secure locked compound. Have difficulty insuring if I keep it outside my house on the street.

Where abouts is it stored? I keep mine at Car Vault in Shoreditch for the same reason.

It was weird though, the fuel indicator didn’t flash & the bike had an indicated +1/4 tank of fuel left.

Ok, it was just the RH screen. Had condensation last year in, happened in cold weather by the sea. Hasn’t happened again until today, temperature wasn’t that low around 10c & in clear sunny weather. Wondering if this is a thing with S10 LCD dash screens.
