I have had my ST10 for a few months now. I ride in S-mode almost all the time. I have found I prefer T-mode when 2-up and off-road when I am standing. I am sure I could adapt to S-mode in those circumstances, but T-mode makes it easier to be smooth.

I still have a 2003 ST1300. We will see if I keep it around. Its a great bike, but has so little value, that it might as well take up space in the garage and be used for 2 up trips. It does handle much better than my S10 though, so much more fun un the twisties.
