Update: I took it apart and checked the hoses, they all look good. I pulled the little cap off and that looks good too. I put it all back together and took it for a ride, and it is no longer surging all the time as it did after I changed the plugs and filter, but it is still surging every once...
Thanks, I thought I looked and they were fine, but I didn't look very well at them. I will take it apart again, not sure if I can today, but I will check all the hoses for cracks. Maybe after messing around with it, thats why it's worse now.
So I just got done replacing the plugs and checking the coils. The old plugs looked fine and the coils were within the range. I put a new filter in also. I took it for a test ride to see if it was fixed and now it seems to be surging more. Before it wasn't very noticeable in second gear doing...
