Tyre still has a great shape on the front, almost no visible flattening and wear is pretty even across the entire front wheel. This weekend I'm going to play around with triple tree height and tyre pressures....see how that goes!

I've had the upgraded suspension professionally setup for my weight including spring rate, pre-load for sag etc but we didn't go as far as setting up fork angles, triple tree height...and that made a big difference....I'm starting to suspect triple tree height on the forks and tyres. Not ready...

I thought that too but checked and it was spot on. It's not so much trying to get it back out of the turn but as you come in to the turn, it feels like the geometry continues to force the handle bars into the turn even more so you have to fight it before you get a quarter of the way through...

thanks for the info , do you recall what you did with the forks? Any adjustments to how high they were positioned in the triple tree?

Very few riders here with S10's. Mostly you see 1200 GS BMW's...and they have a unique setup. Often get a "WTF was that" look from riders as they pass by. May have to just play a bit with the rake and trail angle and see if that's help or not.

Thanks for that. I just wasn't sure about this factory installed unit. I'm not too far away from doing a valve check so I may replace the chain and the tensioner at the same time and I'll look at the option of a manual CCT then. Thanks for the suggestion!

Hey, thanks for the reply. Already had the ECU flashed and the mapping redone and usually ride in T mode around the streets and S mode on the highway. I thought it may be the heated grips or the springs for the throttle cable becoming a bit slack... I'm going to take the Speed controller off...

Went for a ride with a mate of mine to the most Northern, Southern, Eastern and Western part of the Sutherland Shire LGA on the Monday public holiday. Was so good to just get out for a few hours but still can't wait till we come out of lockdown. Weather was awesome. Enjoy some pics!

Thanks, yeah pretty expensive getting it to Australia. I might just have to create some brackets and drill/tap a couple of holes and fix it that way. If I could find a wrecked bike it might be ok, just hard as there are not that many around. Cheers
