I have a pair of Gears (supposedly waterproof.... uh, ... NO) that are warm enough but find them a PIA to put on with wet hands. Any body have better, dryer option for wired gloves?

Purchased two aftermarket seat heat pads and had a seamstress sew them in. $40 mod. I have it hooked up to a GEARS temperature controller as it can get quite warm. Did the same thing to the seat. Bought a kids leather jacket and then sewed another heat pad into that. Added some more foam up...
